Level One
The first level of cosmetic dentistry is the lightening of your teeth with a process known as, “Bleaching”. As you know, there is nothing more appealing than a whiter, brighter smile. There are systems being marketed today from a one-time office treatment, to home kits offered on shopping networks that cost over $200. Dr. Luttrell provides his patients with a system that is safe and inexpensive to use in the comfort of your own home.
Removing stains and lightening your teeth lets your face take on a more youthful appearance. Although teeth may be kept whiter by reducing the intake of stain causing materials such as coffee, or tobacco, we are available to provide on-going teeth whitening services so your teeth will retain the color that you desire for a long time.

Level Two
The second level of cosmetic dentistry requires covering your front teeth to lighten them permanently. This procedure uses veneers or crowns, which allow subtle changes to the tooth shape, as well as further enhancing your smile.
Level two requires more dental work and time initially, but requires little maintenance. The results can be stunning!

Level Three
The third level involves changing your bite (how your teeth fit together when your mouth is closed) to an ideal occlusion (position of the top and bottom rows of your teeth) as prescribed by the Bioesthetic Principles (See Bioesthetic page). An ideal occlusion is where your jaw remains in a natural position while the teeth are aligned to meet each other correctly.
Level Three provides optimal smile design, as well as lifelong comfort and lack of tooth destruction due to aging. By making these changes, the musculature of your face will return to its normal position enhancing the overall appeal of your face. This includes a better lip position, and facial muscle relaxation. Level Three patients appear to have had a facelift because facial muscles are allowed to lift the eyes and mouth instead of being enlisted to help muscles of the mouth, which have been overloaded with an incorrect jaw position. When the jaw and teeth return to their proper position, the face takes on a more youthful look.

Level Four
The fourth level of cosmetic dentistry is the ultimate rejuvenation of the entire facial system. It involves a complete analysis of the structure of the face. From this analysis, the optimal placement of the teeth within the face and head can be determined. The result of this comprehensive treatment is optimal winsomeness of the face.
